Families from all over are discovering the Temecula/Murrieta Valley as one of Southern California's best home values with a high quality of life. The area's many planned communities assure a good mix of open space and parks with the homes, churches, schools, and shopping that help define a neighborhood. The area is designed for families large and small with an extraordinary emphasis on children and extra-curricular activities. Organized soccer, swimming, baseball, and basketball are also competing with BMX, skateboarding and hiking. For family recreation time, the 2-3 car garages are often filled with jet-skis, motorcycles, and ski boats.
